How to wear high heels and be comfortable

EVERY woman wants to look chic and elegant, and to do so, high heels are fashionable and necessary. Unfortunately, we women put up with a lot of pain and suffering wearing uncomfortable high heels for the sake of vanity. How many hours can you wear high heels ? when and at what point do you remove your high heels ? Do you always carry a second pair of shoes or flats with you when you leave the house? Maybe not, maybe yes.

This is a new invention by a woman who went through all this pain, yet she always wanted to look good wearing high heels. She invented these anti-microbial patches, which you can stick to your heel with its medical grade adhesive, it will stay put all day long, or you can stick it in your favorite pair of high heels and be able to wear your heels longer. This is not to say that the pain will disappear, I suggest moderation. Do not wear high heels all day long, as this may cause some type of damage to your feet, use caution and moderation.

For 2 decades I wore high heels, but these days I am taking it easy and wearing comfortable shoes so that if I am on my feet all day long, I will not pay a hefty price for it. Occasionally I do wear high heels, who does not? For those instances, these sole patches are going to be a life saver for me. Once you feet goes in your shoes, you will feel the difference. No matter how many different types of sole patches you buy from your local pharmacy or your favorite shoe store, you need to cut those, adjust them, and sometimes you just don't have the time or money, as they can be a bit expensive. These sole patches are $10 for six pairs, not bad at all.
Here is how the creator of this product describes them. She says: "Sole Patches are a sticker that you can put directly onto the ball of your foot, or the heel of your foot, or directly onto your shoe to avoid pain in your feet!
